Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1 Button Business community platform ("Service"), operated by 1 Button Business LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

1 Button Business is an AI-powered coaching community platform that provides business coaching, AI-generated content tools, community access, group calls, and educational resources for entrepreneurs and business owners.

Beta Program

Beta membership is free, invitation-only, and time-limited. Beta members receive full platform access in exchange for honest feedback. No payment is required and no payment details are collected during the beta. We may adjust, pause, or end beta accounts as the product evolves. When the beta ends, continued membership requires a paid plan under the terms below.

Beta participants additionally agree to the Beta Test & Nondisclosure Agreement — in short: keep pre-release features, screenshots, and performance details confidential, don't share access, and feedback you give us may be used to improve the product. Checking the consent box at sign-up accepts it electronically.

Beta participants also agree to the Beta Pilot Agreement — the plain-English pilot terms: a free 90-day work-exchange, the locked founding rate afterward, the referral free-year reward, and what stays confidential. The same consent box accepts it electronically.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Membership & Billing

Outside the beta program, access to the 1 Button Business community requires a paid membership. Two plans are offered: Founding at $1,500 per month (rate locked for the life of the membership) and Standard at $2,500 per month. Specific commitments, deposits, and guarantees are set out in the Client Membership Agreement signed when a paid plan begins.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
• Additional products or tiers (such as Inner Circle) may be offered at different price points.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New members may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the Service.
• To request a refund, contact us at hello@1buttonbusiness.com within the 14-day window.
• After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or community content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the community
• Post spam, misleading content, or unsolicited promotions
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, coaching recommendations, and other outputs.

• Ownership: You own the content generated by AI tools based on your inputs. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated content.
• No Guarantee:AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design, code, and educational materials (excluding member-generated content) are owned by 1 Button Business LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Business coaching and AI-generated content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Button Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
