Plain-English agreement between 1 Button Business LLC ("1BB Club") and the beta pilot member. Not final legal language and not legal advice. The attorney will formalize it before wide use.
How this is accepted
Checking the consent box when you create your 1BB account is your acceptance of this Agreement. The date you accept is recorded with a timestamp on your account. This Agreement applies to beta pilot members.
1. The Pilot
The member joins the 1BB Club beta pilot for three months (90 days). There is no charge during the three months. This is a work-exchange, full access in return for real testing and feedback.
2. What 1BB Club Provides
- Full access to the platform as it exists during the pilot.
- A white-glove onboarding call of 60 to 90 minutes to set up the member's account and workflows.
- A 45-minute debrief call at the end of the three months.
3. What the Member Agrees to Do
- Log in and use the platform at least three times a week.
- Send a short note, Loom, or screenshot whenever something breaks or feels confusing.
- Complete one short feedback survey each week.
- Attend a 45-minute debrief call at the end of the three months.
4. What Happens at the End of the Three Months
- Founding rate. After the three-month pilot, the member continues as a founding member at $1,500 per month, with that rate locked for as long as they stay continuously active.
- A free year for three referrals. If the member refers three people who join a paid 1BB Club membership, honor their contract, and finish out their first four months, the member's next year of membership is free.
- Renewable free years. During any free year, if the member refers two more paying members, their following year is free as well. Two new paying members each year keeps the free years going.
- One or two referrals. A member who brings only one or two earns the standard member referral credit instead, one month off their rate for each, the same as every other member.
- All of this requires the member to complete the pilot duties listed above. If the member does not do the testing work, the free-year reward does not apply.
5. How a Referral Counts
A referral counts only when the referred person joins a paid membership, honors their contract, and finishes out their first four months. If referrals cancel after that, the matching free time may be reviewed.
6. A Few Basics
- The member keeps ownership of the content they create and upload, including their own posts, videos, photos, and brand materials, and may take that content with them if they leave.
- The 1BB Club platform, its tools, templates, and the AI system that powers them remain the property of 1BB Club. The member has access while their membership is active, and that access ends when the pilot or membership ends.
- The member grants 1BB Club permission to store and use their content to run the service during the pilot.
- Anything shared inside the community, and any unreleased features, stay confidential.
- Either side may end the pilot early with written notice. Ending early cancels any reward tied to completing it.
- The pilot does not guarantee any specific business result.
7. Brand and Reputation
The member owns their brand and their accounts and decides what they create, publish, and do using 1BB Club and the tools and material provided through it. The member stays responsible for their brand and its reputation. The member agrees that 1BB Club is not responsible or liable for how anyone reacts to their content, for any loss of followers, reach, revenue, or reputation, or for any action a platform takes such as limiting reach, suspending, or removing an account or content. The member is responsible for making sure their content, claims, and offers follow the law and each platform's rules.
