You can request deletion of your 1 Button Business account and all associated data at any time. This page explains every available path so you can choose the one that fits your situation.
This permanently removes your profile, posts, direct messages, reactions, Second Brain files, calendar entries, scheduled posts, social account connections, email campaigns, and analytics history. The action is immediate and cannot be undone. You will receive an on-screen confirmation when it completes.
If you only want to remove data tied to a specific connected social account (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn), open One-Button Posting → Account Connections from your dashboard and click Disconnect next to the account. Disconnecting removes the access token and any cached posts, drafts, comments, and analytics for that account within 24 hours, while leaving your 1 Button Business account intact.
If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@1bbcommunity.com from the address on your account. Include the phrase DELETE MY DATA in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, which is the maximum window allowed under CCPA/GDPR.
You can also trigger a deletion request from your Meta account settings. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find 1BB Posting, and choose Remove. Meta will automatically notify our system, which deletes any data tied to your Meta-side user id (Instagram posts cached for analytics, Pages/IG account links, scheduled posts targeting your IG handle) within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation tracking code from Meta, and you can check status at 1bbcommunity.com/data-deletion/status.
We retain a minimal set of records when required by law: payment history (for tax compliance, up to 7 years), compliance audit logs, and any communications already exported to subpoena. These records do not include profile content, post content, or social account data.
